What if we could erase our painful memories? What would the world be like if traumatic memories (individual and collective) did not exist and therefore could not cause pain and what if humanity one day decided to be condemned to oblivion?
In times of pandemic, inclusion and isolation having as a stimulus Ulysses of J. Joyce we create a participatory performance project about the mneme, the memory and the trauma. A dystopic office which deletes memories and promises lifelong happiness giving to an impossible reality dimensions of a parallel world. Every participant has the status of a client who can receive personalized services for a new life without worries, problems and unpleasant memories. For its inspirers, this office is a projection of the way in which society imagines its place in the world, its present, its past and its possible future.
